摘要
普通激光打标机由于受到F-Theta透镜直径的限制,打标平面小;系统在聚焦镜的前面加一个位置可变的扩束镜,通过单片机控制扩束镜的移动,实现三维动态聚焦,当扫描振镜将激光束扫描远离原点后,焦点仍然在工件的表面;利用分段线性插值查找表的方法对边缘部分的枕形失真进行校正,扩大了打标范围,在打标范围内的光斑直径变化不大,实现了小光斑、大范围的激光打标。经装机测试,打标效果好,边缘部分光斑直径只比中心大7%,达到设计指标,满足使用要求。
Common Laser marking machine using F--Theta lens, the marking plane is small. Adding a Beam expander ahead the focusing lens, and control its motion by Single chip to achieve there--dimensional dynamic focusing. The beams still focus at work piece plane when Laser beam apart from the center by Scanning Galvanometer. Using piecewise linear interpolation look-up table to correct the Pin- cushion distortion at edge. The marking area is expanding and the beam size hash' t changed a lot in all marking plane. It achieved the effect of Laser marking in bigger plane and small beam size. The beam size at edge is bigger 7 % than that at center and achieved design target. The machine works pretty well and conforms to specified requirements.
