摘要
纺织行业中对于针织物的质量检测,较为重要的一部分就是检测针织物的密度,然而实际应用中却是工人以手拉目测为主,存在工作枯燥乏味、效率低下、误差大、不能实现客观测试等弊端;为适应针织物测量的实际需要,采用视觉测量与处理模块的开发、针织物张力控制模块的开发、光源控制模块的开发、执行机构模块的开发的思想;实现了对针织物的纵密度智能检测,极大地提高了生产效率,具有一定的经济及社会应用价值。
In the field of Textile Industry, as far as the quality detection of the knitted fabric concerned, the more important part is about the densities detection. However, in daily applications, it mainly depended on manual work, with lots of disadvantages such' as it is tedious, the lower productivity, quite a lot of mistakes, cafft achieve detections from obiective and so on. To meet the need of the knitted fabric detec- tion, the thought of designing the modules of vision detection and dispose, knitted fabric tension control, lights control and execute mecha- nism is developed. It actualizes the knitted fabric density auto-testing, enhances the efficiency tremendously, and possesses a great on econo- my and the application of society.
