摘要
本文在总结社会评价理论研究现状的基础上,从研究对象和分析方法着手,构建了公路工程可行性研究中社会评价的体系框架,进而对相关的理论和方法进行了探讨,并重点介绍了模糊数学法的建模过程。最后,文章以宁宣杭高速公路狸桥至宣城段工程可行性研究为例,从风险要素识别、风险分析和应对措施三个方面,介绍了社会评价方法在工程实践中的应用情况。
On the basis of summarizing research status of social impact assessment theory,this article established the system frame of highway engineering social impact assessment.Then,some related theory and analysis method were introduced,and the modeling process with fuzzy mathematics analysis method was especially introduced.At last,it took some examples to illustrate how social impact assessment method was used in engineering practice.
