摘要
目的:观察小切口白内障摘除+人工晶状体植入术的疗效。方法:用小切口白内障摘除技术为吐鲁番地区扶贫项目中的265例白内障患者实施手术。结果:手术效果好,治疗周期短,视力恢复快,并发症少,脱盲率95.0%,脱残率92.2%。结论:小切口白内障摘除术是具有良好临床效果的手术方法。
AIM：To observe the effect of small incision cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation.METHODS：Totally 265 cataract patients underwent surgery with a small incision cataract extraction technology for poverty alleviation projects in Turpan region.RESULTS： The operation was effective, with short treatment period, fast visual recovery and fewer complications. Off-blindness rate was 95.0%, off-disability rate was 92.2%.CONCLUSION：Small incision cataract surgery is a surgical approach of good clinical effect
