天花粉蛋白注射液结合中药治疗异位妊娠临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Trichosanthin Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy

目的探讨天花粉蛋白注射液结合中药治疗异位妊娠的临床效果.方法将临床确诊为未破裂异位妊娠患者,按入院日期的单双日随机分为两组,天花粉蛋白注射液结合中药治疗异位妊娠为观察组(50例),单纯用天花粉蛋白注射液治疗异位妊娠为对照组(52例).比较两组治疗成功率、血β-HCG降至正常天数及其影响因素.结果观察组治疗成功率90.0%,高于对照组治疗成功率80.8%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).血β-HCG降至正常天数观察组显著少于对照组(P<0.05).两组患者不良反应主要为天花粉治疗副反应,以发热、咽喉痛及注射部位红肿为主,经对症治疗均可治愈;血β-HCG降至正常的天数与用药前血β-HCG水平有显著相关性.结论天花粉蛋白注射液结合中药治疗异位妊娠疗效高、疗程短,值得推广.

Objective To investigate effects of medical treatment on ectopic pregnancy by trichosanthin combined with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods Patients with ectopic pregnancy were divided randomly into observation group（50 cases）and control group（52 cases）by admission date.Patients in observation group was treated by trichosanthin combined with traditional Chinese medicine and patients in control group were treated by trichosanthin.The treatment success rate,the reduction and its influencing factors of serumβ-HCG were compared beween the two groups.Results The treatment success rate in observation group（90.0%）was slightly higher than that in control group（80.8%）（P〉0.05）.Serumβ-HCG decreasing duration was significantly shortened in observation group compared with that in control group（P〈0.05）.Side effects of the drug were fever,throat pain and raed and swollen on inject part.There was a significant correlation between serumβ-HCG level before medical treatment and β-HCG decreasing duration.Conclusions Combination of trichosanthin with traditional Chinese medicine is effective and safe in the conservative therapy of ectopic pregnancy,and deserve promotion.
