额肌筋膜悬吊术治疗重度上睑下垂疗效观察

The Efficacy of Frontalis Aponeurosis Suspension for Treatment of Severe Blepharoptosis

目的观察额肌筋膜悬吊术治疗重度上睑下垂的临床疗效.方法选择33例(39眼)重度上睑下垂患者,随机分为观察组17例19眼,采用额肌筋膜悬吊术治疗;对照组16例20眼,采用传统提上睑肌缩短术治疗.观察疗效,行回顾性分析.结果两组患者治疗后随访6个月至2 a,观察组有效率100%,对照组有效率80%,但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论额肌筋膜悬吊术治疗重度上睑下垂安全简便,术后效果明显,疗效稳定持久,无严重并发症.不仅大大降低了手术难度,而且减轻患者痛苦,达到美容需求,是一种合理有效的治疗重度上睑下垂的方法.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of frontalis aponeurosis suspension for treatment of severe blepharoptosis.Methods 33 patients（39 eyes）with severe blepharoptosis were collected and randomly divided into two groups,17 patients（19 eyes）in observation group accepted the the frontalis aponeurosis suspension surgery,while in the control group,16 cases（20 eyes）were given the traditional treatment of levator shortening.The data were analysed retrospectively,and the efficacy was compared.Results After treatment,patients were followed up for 6 months to 2 years,The effective rate was 100% in the observation group and 80% in the control group,but the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.Conclusions Frontalis aponeurosis suspension for treatment of severe blepharoptosis is a safe and easy operation,the effect is obvious,stable and lasting,and has no serious complications.It can not only reduce the difficulty of operation,but also can alleviate the suffering of patients.It is a reasonable and effective treatment for severe blepharoptosis which can meet the esthetic needs at the same time.
