加长柄人工髋关节置换治疗老年股骨粗隆间不稳定骨折效果观察

Replacement of Additional Long-handled Hip Joint in Treatment of Elderly Femur Unstable Intertrochanteric Fractures

目的探讨加长柄人工髋关节置换治疗老年股骨粗隆间不稳定骨折的疗效.方法 2006年1月至2009年10月选择性对老年股骨粗隆间不稳定骨折患者12例进行了加长柄人工髋关节置换治疗.结果 12例全部获得随访,时间6个月～3 a,平均23.5个月,手术方法疗效均满意,患者可早期下地活动,髋关节无疼痛,关节功能良好,生活质量明显改善.结论选择性运用加长柄人工髋关节置换对于治疗部分老年股骨粗隆间不稳定骨折疗效显著.

Objective To explore the effect of additional long-handled hip replacement in treatment of elderly hip unstable intertrochanteric femoral fractures.Method From January 2006 to October 2009,12 cases of unstable intertrochanteric femoral fracture patients were selected to carry the therapy of additional long-handled total hip replacement.Results 12 cases were followed for 6 months to 3 years,average was 23.5 months.The rusults were satisfied,the patients could early walk without pain of the hip joint and the joint function was good,the quality of life was improved significantly.Conclusion The effect of selective use of additional long-handled hip replacement is significant in the treatment of unstable intertrochanteric femur fractures in the elderly.
