摘要
目的对医学生进行短期循证医学教学培训的效果评估.方法 155名研究对象随机分配到实验组及对照组,分别予以循证医学教学培训法及传统教学培训法开展为期4周的实验研究.结果实验组出科考试的成绩高于对照组,两组出科考试成绩对比有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论短期循证医学培训可显著提高医学生的临床技能.
Objective To evaluate the short-term effect of teaching program on evidence-based medicine.Method 155 students were distributed in a randomized,controlled study to experimental group(with evidence-based medicine methods for four weeks)and control group(with traditional teaching methods for four weeks).Result The scores of experimental group were higher than that of control group,and there was a significant difference(P〈0.05).Conclusions The short-term teaching program on evidence-based medicine can significantly improve the clinical skills of medical students.
