破解大学生“村官”管理困境的对策

摘要 近年来,各地大学生"村官"管理初见成效,但管理中仍然面临着主体内在动力不足、大学生"村官"履职能力不强、期满出路不畅等困境。对此,应在管理机制上探索创新,着力增强主体动力、提升客体能力、激发客体活力、优化管理环境,促进大学生"村官"工作持续健康发展。 In recent years, college-graduate village officials' management in different districts of China has achieved initial success, but there still exist some management plights such as the main bodies' lack of enough inner motivation, college-graduate village officials' lack of strong capability to fulfill their responsibility and no promising prospects before them after the expiration of their term of office, etc. In light of these plights, we should explore on and innovate the management mechanism, try hard to strengthen the motivation of main bodies, enhance the ability of objects, inspire the objects' vigour and optimize the management environment so as to promote the sustainable and healthy development of college-graduate village officials' work.
