Cultural Differences and Fusion in Hefei-Wuhu-Bengbu Comprehensive Supporting Reform Pilot Area

合芜蚌综合配套改革试验区内三地市存在一定的文化差异:合肥拥有省会城市文化中心的优势,芜湖凸显长江流域的创新文化优势,蚌埠秉承淮河城市质朴自然的文化优势。由于三地区域位置相隔,经济发展不平衡以及文化特质迥异,导致区域文化融合存在"形散神也散"的巨大障碍。因此,在以自主创新为主题的合芜蚌综合配套改革试验区文化融合过程中,应当坚持以创业为核心、以技术为载体和以创新为方向的三个原则。

There exist certain cultural differences in Hefei-Wuhu-Bengbu comprehensive supporting reform pilot area： Hefei has the advantage of being the provincial capital city, which is usually a cultural center of a province and Wuhu is located in Yangtze Basin, which is i^hrnous for its innovation culture while Bengbu sits on the bank of the River Huai, which contains a simple and naUmal culture atmosphere. Due to the different locations, imbalanced economic development as well as dissimilar cultural features of the three cities, there exist substantial obstacle in cultural fusion of this area. Therefore, in the cultural fusion of Hefei-Wuhu-Bengbu comprehensive supporting reform pilot area themed at independent innovation, we should stick to three principles, which require us to center around entrepreneurship, rely on technology and aim at innovation.
