利用动物模型BLUP对甘肃瘦肉型猪新品系繁殖性能的遗传研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用动物模型BLUP对甘肃瘦肉型猪新品系A、B、C的繁殖性状的遗传分析,结果表明:3品系遗传力均属于低遗传力范围,各系遗传力已基本稳定。繁殖性状间的表型相关与遗传相关不仅在数值上有差异,有的甚至符号相反,说明表型相关与遗传相关之间存在很大的差异。繁殖性状与近交系数在世代进展中的相关系数由弱负相关向弱正相关转化。利用BLUP法对“八五”期间的产仔数性状作逆向再评定发现,A、B、C3品系再在产仔数方面的选育是极其成功的。除A品系活产仔数随世代的进展,遗传变异在加大之外,各系活产仔数和断奶窝重的遗传变异都在下降,性状趋向于稳定,只是在四世代稍有波动。从A、B、C的遗传趋势来看,与品系的培育目标一致,从环境趋势来看,变化范围较大。因此,“八五”期间采取的选育措施是有效的,但各性状的遗传、环境走势不稳定,除了与饲养管理条件的控制有关外,选育措施的进一步改进和动物模型BLUP为主的工厂化养猪管理系统的引用是必需的。 By analyzing the reproductive traits of strain A. B and C using BLUP animalmodel, the results showed: the estimated heritabilities of three strains are low and already steady.genetics and phenotypic relationship between reproductive traits have differences not only invalues but also in value symbols. The relationships between reproductive traits and its inbreedingeffect were from poor negative to poor positive. By using animal model BLUP to analysisNBA(number born alive), we found that its selection measures is very successful. Except for theNBA of strain A, genetics variation of NBA and LWW (litter weight weaning) of three strainsslipped down. which showed that straits were selected steadily,of course,there were an slightdowntrend. from the point of genetic and phenotypic trend, the results were coincident with thebreeding objectives of three strains. However, the environmental trends were not steady enough,which suggested us that we also pay attention to feeding and management when mainly enhancingthe selecting measures using animal model BLUP.
