摘要
相干反斯托克斯拉曼光谱学(Coherent Anti-Stokes Raman Spectroscopy,简称CARS)是一种非线性相干拉曼技术,它作为燃烧诊断的先进工具之一,已有近15年的历史。燃烧过程最重要的参量是温度,尽管常规的测温技术在许多情况下能解决问题,但探头的介入会破坏和扰动温度场的本来分布,而且探测体系的校正也很困难。
Recently, the CARS technique has been rapidly developed and its applications have been greatly increased. In particular, it has played an important role and mande a great progress in combustion diagnostics. This article has discussed the principle of CARS, the technique and method of CARS for combustion diagnostics and some effects like laser linewidth and gas Pressure etc.on CARS spectra as well as the promising of its applications by listing those advantages and disadvantages of CARS technique.
