摘要
运用《工作满意程度量表》对江苏省高校体育教师工作满意度因素进行了调查。研究结果显示:目前,高校体育教师对工作满意的有:工作本身的吸引力;上班工作计划和时间;工作环境。不满意的因素有:工作薪水,组织管理等。此外,工作年限、配偶职业对高校体育教师工作满意程度有显著影响。
Utilizing "Job Satisfaction Measurement ",it carried on the survey of the satisfaction of PE teachers of Jiangsu Province Universities.The findings showed that at present,the University PE Teachers Satisfied including the following points: Work's attraction;plan and time for going to work;working conditions.Not satisfactory factors includes: Work wage,organization management and so on.In addition,the working life,the spouse occupations have the remarkable influence on the university PE teachers' job satisfaction.
