通过对日语学习者敬语习得的难点现状分析,依此结合教学这一角度探讨如何有效地组织敬语教学,提出提高日语敬语教学效果的途径。强调敬语教学应以人为本,希望对高校的日语教学和毕业生就业能起到积极的促进作用。

Through the analysis of the current learning situation for Japanese honorific learners this article discusses how to organize the Japanese honorific teaching effectively and attempts to put forward the corresponding improvement methods.It is aimed at the people-orientation and the promotion of the Japanese graduates＇ employment rate.
