柴河水库发电厂一号机组技术改造分析

摘要 阐述了柴河水库发电厂一号机组一次扩大性大修过程中推力瓦、主轴、励磁机整流子三项技术改造。将推力瓦由原巴氏合金推力瓦更换为弹性塑料瓦,解决了机组瓦温偏高的问题;橡胶活塞主轴密封替代尼龙滑块主轴密封方式,解决了主轴密封容易漏水的问题;励磁机整流子进行电镀,解决了表面磨损问题。柴河水库发电厂技改既节约了生产成本,又提高了机组的安全运行水平,对类似水库电站机组技改具有一定的参考意义。 This article mainly talks about the technical transformation of three technologies:thrust pad,main shaft and exciting dynamo commentator in a overhaul on the first unit of Chaihe reservoir-type power plant.Change the thrust pad from the Babbitt metal into elastic plastic,solving the problem that the bearing temperature is higher;the former nylon slider shaft seal is taken place of the rubber stopcock shaft seal,which solves the issue that the shaft seal leaks easily;the exciting dynamo has electroplating,which solves the surface abrasion.This technical transformation of Chaihe reservoir-type power plant not only saves the cost of production,but also improves the safe operation level of this unit,which has some reference values for the technical transformations of similar reservoir-type power plants.
