佛山板块上市企业发展战略研究

A Research into the Development Strategies for the Listed Foshan Companies

地处珠江三角洲腹地的佛山,作为珠三角乃至全国重要制造业基地,其产业集群已在越来越多的领域做到了占华南、全国甚至全球第一的市场份额,但佛山板块上市公司数量不及江浙同等规模城市(如南京、无锡)的一半。通过对佛山板块上市企业的发展现状、存在的问题及原因分析、由此提出相应的对策与建议。

Located in the heart of the Pearl Rive Delta,Foshan,as an important local and national manufacturing base,is noted for its industries that have taken the lead in obtaining market share in more and more economic sectors in Southern China,China or even the world.However,the number of listed companies in Foshan is less than a half,compared with similar cities（Nanjing,Wuxi） in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces.Based on an analysis of the current situation,the existing problems and causes,this article puts forward some policy-making proposals on accelerating the IPO of Foshan companies.
