A Research on the Current Situation of Shunde's Human Resources and Countermeasures under the Industrial Re-structuring Circumstances

对顺德产业转型升级背景下人才资源现状进行描述,采用对比分析的方法就顺德人才资源发展方面存在的问题及其潜在原因进行探究,提出促进并支撑顺德产业升级的人才对策建议。

Using a contrast and data analysis method,this article describes the current situation of Shunde＇s human resources,points out possible causes of the existing problems with human resources development and provides suggestions on recruiting,retaining and developing human resources in Shunde.
