摘要
目的：探讨中医治疗糖尿病肾病的有效方法。方法：选取我院2008年10月~2010年10月门诊治疗的30例患者为研究对象,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各15例。对照组给予单纯基础治疗方案,治疗组给予中药汤剂＋基础治疗方案。结果：治疗组总有效率为86.7%,对照组总有效率为46.7%,两组总有效率比较,差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：中医治疗糖尿病肾病的方案可以改善糖尿病肾病患者临床症状。
Objective： To discuss effective method of Chinese medicine for treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods： 30 patients of our hospital from October of 2008 to October of 2010 were selected for the study,30 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,15 patients in each group.Control group received basic therapy alone and the treatment group received treatment based on Traditional Chinese Medicine decoction.Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.7%,the total effective rate of control group was 46.7%,after statistical analysis,the treatment and control groups were significantly different.Conclusion： Treatment of diabetic nephropathy by Chinese medicine can improve clinical symptoms in patients.
