妊娠期糖代谢异常的危险因素分析

Analysis of hazard factor of gestational sugar metabolic anomalies

目的:探讨妊娠期糖代谢异常发病的危险因素,为临床预防提供理论依据。方法:对135例妊娠期糖代谢异常孕妇和135例健康孕妇,采用统一的调查表进行调查,调查内容包括糖尿病家族史、高血压病史、吸烟史、饮酒史、饮食、体重、既往孕产史等进行对照研究。结果:多因素logistic回归分析显示糖尿病家族史、年龄>25岁、孕前腰臀比>0.9和高尿酸血症是妊娠期糖尿病发病的独立危险因素。结论:年龄>25岁、有家族糖尿病史、孕前腰臀比>0.9、孕前存在高尿酸血症的孕妇应早期进行妊娠期糖尿病筛查。

Objective： To discuss hazard factor of gestational sugar metabolic anomalies morbidity during gestation period,provides the theory basis for the clinical prevention.Methods： 135 cases of sugar metabolism disorders pregnant women and 135 cases of healthy pregnant women,adopt uniform questionnaire investigation,the survey contents include diabetes family history,history of hypertension,smoking history,drinking histories,diet,weight,always pregnant production history,etc.Control study was made.Results： By the multi-factor logistic regression analysis in diabetes family history,the age25 year old,before being pregnant,waist-to-hip ratio0.9,the hyperuricemia was the independence hazard factor of GDM morbidity.Conclusion： Pregant women with the age25 year old,waist-to-hip ratio0.9,the hyperuricemia and hypertriglyceridemia should carry on gestational diabetes screening early.
