18 example long-term vegetarian diet burn patient treats the experience

目的:探讨长期素食伤员的临床救治。方法:充分尊重、关切和爱护伤员,灵活运用沟通技巧,制定切实可行的治疗方案,引导伤员接受治疗环境,尤其是全面配合救治。结果:18例伤员积极配合救治14例,被动3例,消极1例。结论:长期素食伤员的临床救治重、难点在如何引导伤员接受治疗环境和配合救治。

Objective：Discussion long-term vegetarian diet burn patient clinical treatment.Methods：The full respect,the concern with the loving care casualty,utilize the communication skill nimbly,works out the practical and feasible therapeutic schedule,guides the casualty to accept the treatment environment,particularly comprehensive coordinate treatment.Results：18 example casualties coordinate to treat and cure 14 examples positively,passive 3 examples,negative 1 example.Conclusion：The long-term vegetarian diet casualty’s clinical treatment is heavy,how does the difficulty in guide the casualty to accept the treatment environment and the coordinate treatment.
