鼻内镜治疗慢性鼻窦炎的疗效观察

The therapeutic effects of endoscopic sinus surgery on chronic sinusitis

目的:观察鼻内镜治疗慢性鼻窦炎的疗效。方法:96例慢性鼻窦炎患者均进行鼻内镜手术,术后随访一年,综合分析围手术期用药、病程、术后定期或不定期复查因素对疗效的影响。结果:96例患者术后随访一年,治愈84例,显效9例,无效3例,总有效率96.88%。结论:术后定期复查与处理是保证鼻内镜手术疗效的重要措施,围手术期用药对手术疗效有明显影响。

Objective：To investigate the therapeutic offects of endoscopic sinus surgery on chronic sinusitis.Methods：96 cases with chronic sinusitis were included in this study.They were all treated by Ess.Then,a retrospective study was carried out among them to surve relationship between outcome of treatmene and a factors including age,ill course and regular or irregular check-up following.Results：By the end ffollowing up of the first year after Ess.84 cases were cured. 9cases significanyly effective,with a total effective rate of 96.88%.Conclusions：Regular checking-up following Ess is the most imporant measure to an ideal outcome of Ess.The medication of perioperating period are also significantly associated with the therapeatic offcts of this eherapy.
