摘要
应用Andersen-多层级微生物收集器和KS-92 液体喷冲器,对乳牛舍内、外空气细菌含量,即厌氧菌、需氧菌总数以及产气荚膜杆菌(魏氏梭菌)进行了定性定量分析。结果表明,舍内空气中厌氧菌总数达到2098~4 295 个/m 3 ,其中魏氏梭菌为0~5.5 个/m 3 (Andersen-收集器);同时在舍内空气中,需氧菌总数为2050~18 094 个/m 3 。在舍邻近(4 m 处)的环境空气中厌氧菌总数为239~2 282 个/m 3 ,其中魏氏梭菌0~2.0个/m 3 ;需氧菌总数为297~4 276 个/m 3 。结果证明,舍内环境的细菌能向舍外环境传播,舍内、外环境微生物含量的高低浮动反映了舍内的卫生状况。
Concentrations of airborne bacteria (aerobic and anaerobic with special regard to Clostridium perfringens) were measured under different hygienic conditions in a cow stable. Two different sampling systems were used: the multi stage Andersen impactor and the KS 92, a liquid impinger. For estimation of the spreading of airborne bacteria from this stables the samplers were collected in a distance of 4 m from the stables. The total anaerobic bacterial count of the indoor air of the cow stable ranged from 2 098 to 4 295 CFU (Colony Forming Unit)/m 3. For Cl.perfringens it varied between 0 and 5.5 CFU/m 3 (collected with Andersen Sampler). At the same time the total aerobic bacteria count ranged indoor from 2 050 to 18 094 CFU/m 3. The total anaerobic count in the vicinity of the cow stable was between 239 to 2 282 CFU/m 3 and for Cl.perfringens was between 0 to 2.0 CFU/m 3. The aerobic bacterial count in the vicinity of the cow stable ranged from 297 to 4 276 CFU/m 3. It was also observed that the general hygienic condition of the stable is reflected by the concentration of microorganisms not only in the indoor air, but also in the vicinity of the cow stable.
