川芎嗪联用硫酸镁对妊娠性高血压的疗效探讨 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨川芎嗪联合硫酸镁治疗妊娠性高血压的有效性和安全性。方法:143例妊娠性高血压患者随机分为川芎嗪联合硫酸镁组(A组)71例和单用硫酸镁组(B组)72例。另随机挑选同期健康患者72例作为对照组(C组)。在常规治疗的基础上,B组给予硫酸镁,A组给予硫酸镁和川芎嗪,两组疗程相同。结果:A组临床疗效总有效率显著优于B组,结果又统计学意义;A组对母婴的影响低于B组,结果有统计学意义,A组与C组没有差异;A组与B组的不良反应没有差异。结论:川芎嗪联用硫酸镁治疗妊娠性高血压疗效显著,安全可靠,值得临床推广使用。 Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of ligustrazine collaborated with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of pregnancu-induced hypertension.Methods:143 patients were randomly divided into 71 cases in the Ligustrazine group (group A) and 72 cases in the magnesium sulfate group (group B),and randomly selected 72 normalpeople at the same period.On the basis treatment,group A plus ligustrazine and magnesium sulfate while only magnesium sulfate in group B,and the two groups had sanme course of the treatment.Results:The total effective rate in group A was higher than group B,and the difference had statistical significance;Group A could lower the negative influence to both mother and infant than group B,an there was no difference between group A and C;The adverse reactions had no difference between in group A and B.Conclusion:Ligustrazine collaborated with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of pregnancu-induced hypertension are effectiveness and safety,it is worth to promote to use in clinical.
