摘要
2010年8月31日中午,运城市某职业学校发生24名在校学生食物中毒事件。根据现场流行病学调查,结合临床表现和实验室检测结果证实该事件为食用未煮熟豆角引起的食物中毒。事件暴露出学校食堂转包经营存在的主体责任不清等问题,作者提出了针对性建议。
31 August 2010 at noon,a vocational school in Yuncheng City,24 occurred in school food poisoning incident.According to field epidemiological investigation,clinical manifestations and laboratory test results confirmed that the incident was caused by eating undercooked beans food poisoning.Subcontract the incident exposed the school cafeteria the main responsibility for operating the existing problem of lack of clarity,the authors proposed specific recommendations.
