摘要
目的:讨论子宫肌瘤的超声诊断与随访的临床价值,为临床诊断和治疗提供帮助。方法:采用实时三维彩色超声诊断仪,用经腹超声诊断子宫肌瘤183例,了解子宫肌瘤的大小、内部回声,定期随访观察,了解病情变化并准确记录结果。结果:本组子宫肌瘤183例中35例经手术切除,56例绝经后肌瘤缩小或消失,38例经临床保守治疗后肌瘤缩小或消失,54例仍在随访中,其中肌壁间肌瘤115例,浆膜下肌瘤48例,粘膜下肌瘤18例。结论:超声检查可长期随访观察子宫肌瘤的发展变化,且经济方便,能准确及时为临床治疗提供有力的证据。
