一、引言自1981年Lachance提出了全面理论α系数校正方法(Comprehensive Theoretical αCoefficient Method)以来,它在X荧光分析中已得到了日益广泛的应用。与此有关的计算机程序有加拿大地质调查所的GSC,以及后来由我围陶光仪同志与美国国家标准局的P.A.
A simple method is proposed for calculating Lachance comprehensive alpha coefficients of oxide and fused disk systems for use in XRF analysis. By treating oxide and flux components as basic composition units and redefining the relative intensity of the analysed component as the intensity of the relevant element in sample relative to that in its pure oxide,their alpha coefficients are calculated in a much simpler way as compared to the method proposed by Lachance which involves conversions of alphas between different sample systems. The method proposed here is especially useful and convenient for programing and prac(?)ising with mirocomputers.
