离体上颌第一前磨牙的根管形态研究

Morphology of the root canals in maxillary first premolars

目的:了解上颌第一前磨牙的牙根和根管形态,为临床治疗提供解剖学依据。方法:115个离体的上颌第一前磨牙,观察牙根形态,并采用透明牙技术,观察根管形态及类型,按Vertucci分类法对根管系统进行记录分析。结果:79个牙是单根(68.7%),35个牙是双根(30.4%);双根牙根管均是均是2个根管,每个根1个根管,而39%的单根牙是1个根管,61%的单根牙有2个根管。结论:上颌第一前磨牙的根管类型相对复杂。

Objective:To investigate the root and root canal anatomical features of maxillary first premolars.Methods:115 maxillary first premolars were collected to analyze the root types and to observe the root canals by clearing technique;the root systems was analysed with Vertucci’s classification.Results:79(68.7 %) teeth were with one root,35 (30.4 %) with two roots,all teeth with two roots had two canals and each canal with one apical foramen . 39 % of the singleroot teeth demonstrated one canal,whereas 61 % of the single2root teeth had two canals.Conclusions:The roots of maxillary first premolars possesses a variety of canal system types.
