低温结合钠及超滤曲线模式透析对减少内瘘阻塞风险的效果观察

摘要 目的:减少动静脉内瘘的阻塞的风险。方法:长期透析患者中选有透析相关低血压的患者31例,观察组16例,采用低温合并钠及超滤曲线模式透析预防透析相关性低血压的发生,与对照组15例常规透析的患者比较。结果:观察组16例3840次透析中出现血流不足5次,瘘口出疼痛10次,内瘘震颤减弱或消失0次;对照组15例3482次透析中出现血流不足78次,瘘口疼痛68次,内瘘震颤减弱或消失18次。观察组出现内瘘阻塞的前兆症状较对照组明显减少。结论:透析过程中采取低温合并钠及超滤曲线模式透析,有效防治透析相关低血压,减少了内瘘阻塞的风险。
