和血明目片治疗视网膜静脉阻塞性眼底出血的临床观察

Clinical observation of Hexue Mingmu for retinal hemorrhage caused by retinal vein occlusion

目的:探讨和血明目片对视网膜静脉阻塞性眼底出血临床治疗的疗效及可行性。方法:2006年9月至2009年9月我院收治的72例(72只眼)视网膜静脉阻塞性眼底出血的患者,随机分成两组,分别给予治疗,Ⅰ组为和血明目片(38例,38只眼);Ⅱ组为复方血栓通胶囊(34例,34只眼)。疗效判定标准:①治愈:最佳矫正视力恢复到出血前病例记录或患者陈诉的视力水平;②显效:治疗后最佳矫正视力较视网膜静脉阻塞性眼底出血就诊时的病例记录提高三行以上;③有效:治疗后最佳矫正视力较视网膜静脉阻塞性眼底出血就诊时的病例记录提高一行以上;④无效:治疗后最佳矫正视力较视网膜静脉阻塞性眼底出血就诊时的病例记录未提高或下降。结果:随访六个月后,72只眼观察病例中,最佳矫正视力68只眼有不同程度提高,总有效率94.44%;显效率30.55%(72只眼,22只显效),治愈率9.72%(72只眼,7只治愈)。其中,Ⅰ组总有效率为97.37%(38只眼,37只有效);显效率39.47%(38只眼,15只显效),治愈率13.16%(38只眼,5只治愈)。Ⅱ组总有效率为91.18%(34只眼,31只有效);显效率20.59%(34只眼,7只显效),治愈率5.89%(34只眼,2只治愈)。Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组有效率无统计学意义(P=0.341>0.05),显效率有统计学意义(P=0.0<0.05)。结论:和血明目片治疗静脉栓塞性眼底出血临床有效,能明显消除积血,改善患者视力。

Objective：To evaluate the effects of Hexue Mingmu for retinal hemorrhage caused by retinal vein occlusion. Methods：A random controlled study was pedormed on 72 patients（72 eyes）. The patients were assigned into 2 groups randondy：38 patients in Ⅰ group （ Hexue Mingmu ,38 eyes） ;34 patients in Ⅱ group（ Fufang Xueshuantong,34 eyes）. The standard of effectiveness ： ①Cure ：The BCVA（ best corrected visual acuity） recovered to the statements before the hemorrhage the case recorded or the level patients expressed, retinal hemorrhage, edema completely absorbed ;②Markedly：The BCVA improved more than three rows compared to the one the case recorded when registered;（~）Effeetive：The BCVA only improved more than one row;③invalid：The BCVA is not improved or gets worse. Results：Mter six months, the BCVA of 68 eyes was improved The total effective rate is 94.44%, Marked improvement rate is 30.55% （22 eyes）. Cure rate is 9.72% （7eyes）. In I group ：The total effective rate is 97.37% （37 eyes） ,Marked improvement rate is 39.47% （ 15 eyes）. Cure rate is 13.16% （5 eyes）. In Ⅱ group：The total effective rate is 91. 18% （31 eyes） ,Marked improvement rate is 20.59% （7 eyes） ,cure rate is 5.89% （2 eyes） ,The rate of effectiveness of Ⅰ and Ⅱ group didn＇t show statistical difference （ P = 0. 341 〉 0. 05 ）, while the rate of marked improvement of Ⅰ and Ⅱ group showed statistical difference （ P = 0 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Hexue Mingmu is an effective drug for retinal hemorrhage caused by retinal vein occlusion. It＇s helpful in eliminating the hemorrhage and improving the patient＇s BCVA.
