北京丰台变应性鼻炎皮肤点刺试验结果浅析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:通过标准化变应原皮肤点刺试验(SPT)结果分析,了解北京丰台地区主要吸入和食物性变应原种类。方法:采用24种标准化变应原对北京丰台地区733例拟诊为变应性鼻炎患者进行皮肤点刺试验。结果:733例患者中阳性者564例(76.9%),其SPT阳性率前6位的分别为屋尘螨44.5%、粉尘螨36.7%、艾蒿25.2%、树2:24.5%、杂草23.2%、树1:18.9%。结论:尘螨、艾蒿、树及杂草花粉是北京丰台地区最重要的变应原。 Objective:To understand the Inhaled and di - et allergens in fengtai of beijing by skin prick test anel - yze. Method:A total of 733 eases who were di- agnosed with al -lergie rhinitis by history and clinical presentation, underwent a skin prick test with 24 standardized allergens. Results:In the 733 eases ,564 eases with positive skin tests ( 76.9 % ). The percent of patients with positive skin test swe - re follow : D. pteronyssinus (44.5 % ), D. farinae ( 36.7 % ) , Mugwort ( 25.2% ) , Tree 2 (24.5 % ), Herbs (23.2%), Tree 1 ( 18.9 % ). Conclusion: The study shows that the dust mite, Mugwort, Tree and Her - bs are the most important aeroallergans in Fengtai region of Beijing.
