老年人门诊处方的分析

目的:为了解不同性别老年患者的用药现状以及用药需求,以期为临床安全、有效、经济地应用药物来预防和控制疾病及为提高老年人生活质量提供科学依据。方法:收集我门诊部2008年12月的门诊处方,随机抽取其中三天门诊处方共415张进行统计分析,对大于60岁不同性别老年患者的用药情况进行调查。结果:大于60岁不同性别老年患者处方占门诊处方总数的25.74%,其中老年男性患者处方占老年处方总数的59.52%。用药均以心血管类为主。结论:老年患者用药品种需求在性别上差别不大,老年男性较女性患者多。要使药物使用得适当,医师,药师及患者应该共同把关,才能减少药物的不合理利用。

Objective：To gain a dear idea the situation of drug use and drug requirement of elder patients in different genders,as to provide scientific evidences for safely, effectively, economically and rationally usage on disease prevention and improving the quality of life of the eider patients. Method： To study over 60 years old outpatient prescriptions for Outpatient Department in December 2008. Three days prescriptions were selected randomly in which as to a total of 415 for statistical analysis. Result ： The prescription for over 60 years old was 25.74% of total outpatient prescription, among those 59.52% were male. Cardiovascular medicine are based. Conclusion： Patients older men more than women. On gender differences, variety demand with drug in elderly patients was not significant. Make a proper use of drugs, doctors, pharmacists and patients should jointly guard, in order to reduce the irrational use of drugs.
