隐匿性乳腺癌9例的诊治体会

目的:探讨隐性乳腺癌目前的诊断、治疗与预后。方法:对近2年收治9例隐性乳腺癌进行回顾性调查分析。结果:隐性乳腺癌不多见,本人报告9例,本病首发症状是腋窝肿块,乳腺触不到肿块,乳腺外检查亦无可疑征象。结论:经病理诊断腋淋巴结转移癌,女性患者在没有明显乳癌体征应考虑OBC,进行以手术为主的综合治疗。
