核素^(131)I联合低频超声微泡治疗兔VX2肝肿瘤的实验研究

摘要 目的:探讨核素131I联合低频超声微泡治疗接种于新西兰大白兔肝左叶VX2肝肿瘤的疗效。方法:将成功建立肿瘤模型的32只荷瘤兔随机分为4组(8只.组-1):A组,不作任何处理;B组,使用单纯核素131I治疗;C组,使用单纯低频超声微泡治疗;D组,应用核素131I联合低频超声微泡连续治疗。在2周治疗期间连续进行B超检查,观察各组肿瘤生长及体积变化情况。核素治疗后第1、2、4、8、14天分别对B、D两组行单光子发射型电子计算机断层显像(SPECT),并计算不同时间肿瘤区放射性计数值。治疗2周后取部分肿瘤组织行病理学观察。结果:B、C、D 3组肿瘤体积及增长率均小于A组(P<0.05);B组放射性计数的衰减率明显高于D组(P<0.05);病理学检查发现B、C、D组坏死较A组严重,其中D组最明显。结论:核素131I联合低频超声微泡治疗时能够产生协同效应,明显提高疗效。 Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effects of radionuclide 131I in the treatment of the curative inoculation in New Zealand big white rabbit liver left leaf VX2 tumor when combined with low frequency supersonic microbubble agent.Methods: The New Zealand big white rabbits which successfully established the VX2 tumor of liver model were divided into 4 groups stochastically(8 rabbits in each group): group A was blank control group(did not make any processing),group B(the pure radionuclide 131I treatment),group C(the pure low frequency supersonic microbubble agent treatment),group D(radionuclide 131I united low frequency supersonic microbubble agent treatment continuously).During 2 weeks of treatment,the rabbits tumor changes were observed in volume of each group by B-ultrasound continuously.After treating 1,2,4,8,14 d,the imaging was done with SPECT and the partial radioactivity counting value in different time of tumors was made in the groups B and D.Two weeks later,we took the partial tumor organization for pathology observation.Results: The tumor volumes and the rates of tumor increment of groups B,C,D were lower than that of group A obviously(P0.05),the radioactive counting's attenuation rate of group B was higher than that of group D(P0.05).The degree of necrosis of groups B,C and D was more serious than that of group A and the degree of necrosis of group D was the most significant.Conclusion: When radionuclide 131I united low frequency supersonic microbubble agent,the treatment could have the cooperative effects,enhance the curative effects obviously.
