miRNA-30c的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 miRNA是近年来发现的一类长度为18~24个核苷酸的可调控基因表达的非编码小分子RNA,它主要通过与靶标基因3′UTR的完全或不完全配对,降解靶标基因mRNA或抑制其翻译,从而参与调控个体发育、细胞凋亡、增殖及分化等生命活动。miRNA-30c作为miRNAs中的一员,不仅在多种组织中表达,而且许多研究还表明它可能与某些肿瘤的发生发展存在一定的关系。现对miRNA-30c的相关研究进展作一综述。
