尾骨切除术治疗慢性尾骨痛27例

Coccygectomy for the Treatment of Chronic Coccydynia

目的：评价尾骨全切术治疗慢性尾骨痛的疗效。方法：2006年3月~2010年1月采用尾骨全切术治疗慢性尾骨痛27例。结果：随访6~24个月,平均12个月。术后有3例出现中度骶尾部疼痛,1例切口浅表皮肤感染,无1例出现主要血管神经损伤、直肠刺激症状等并发症。27例病人,治疗成功率88.9%。结论：利用尾骨全切术治疗慢性尾骨痛是一种合理有效的方法,能有效地治疗慢性尾骨痛并避免患者长期非手术治疗带来的痛苦,从而提高患者生活质量。

Objective：To evaluate the curative effect of coccygectomy to treat the patients with chronic coccydynia,and to provide clues for clinical treatment.Methods：Total 27 patients with chronic coccydynia were treated with coccygectomy from March 2006 to January 2010.Results： Patients were followed up for 6 to 24 months,12 months average.Three cases have moderate pain on the coccyx,and one case have superficial skin infections.There was no major vascular nerve injury,symptom of rectal irritation,and other complications after operation.Among 27 cases,the total success rate of treatment was 88.9%.Conclusion：The coccygectomy is reasonable and effective method to treat the patients with chronic coccydynia,which can effective in treatment of chronic pain that often happens on non-surgical management,thereby improving the quality of life.
