摘要
在对零部件拆卸和产品拆解概念做出明确区分的基础上,对拆解类型进行了分析,给出了可拆卸性和可拆解性的定义;以概率理论为基础,对可拆卸度、拆卸率、可拆解度及拆解率等指标进行了数学描述;推导出可拆卸度、拆卸概率密度与拆卸率之间的关系;在非破坏性拆解及零部件拆卸过程相互独立的条件下,拆解概率密度是相关零部件拆卸概率密度的卷积,并通过对其积分可以确定产品的可拆解度。以汽车的典型零部件拆卸时间测定及数据统计分析为基础,确定了零部件的拆卸分布及其拆解分布规律。上述研究为产品拆解过程的定量评估提供了理论基础。
Based on concept differentiation between component removal and product disassembly,disassembly categories were analyzed and concepts of removability and disassemblability were also presented.Based on probability theory,the evaluation parameters of removability degree,removal rate,disassemblability degree and disassembly rate were represented mathematically.Relationships among removability degree,removal probability density and disassemblability degree were deduced.When removal process of various parts or components was mutually independent in disassembly process and disassembly was carried out by the non-destructive disassembly approach,the disassembly probability density was convolution function of each removal probability density,and disassemblability degree was obtained by the integral of disassembly probability density.According to data of removal time of typical automobile parts or components and their statistical analysis,removal probability distribution of parts or components and their disassembly probability distribution were determined.Above study result provided theoretical foundation for the quantitative evaluation of products disassembly.
