摘要
针对当前企业信息化建设的需求迫切而失败案例不断出现的现状,提出了从信息化软件产品入手,通过模糊多数集的有序加权平均和模糊理想点法对企业信息化软件产品进行评估,找出最适合于企业的信息化软件产品,以降低信息化风险。建立了信息化软件产品综合评估指标体系,通过模糊理论对指标进行处理,应用模糊多数集的有序加权平均求解指标的权重,使用模糊理想点法对候选的信息化软件产品进行了评估和排序,并给出了相应的算法。通过案例详细阐述了所提算法的计算过程,说明了其合理性。
It was urgent to conduct enterprises' informatization construction,however,there were too much failure.From the perspective of information-oriented software,fuzzy Majority Assemble-Ordered Weighted Averaging(MA-OWA) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution(TOPSIS) were applied to estimate the software so that the most suitable software could be found to reduce risk in information-oriented construction.Comprehensive evaluation index system for information-oriented software was established and indexes were processed by fuzzy theory.Fuzzy MA-OWA was used to acquire indexes weight and fuzzy TOPSIS was utilized to evaluation and rank the optional software.A novel ranking algorithm was also proposed.By case analysis,the algorithm steps was demonstrated and result indicated the rationality of the algorithm.
