浅谈农村生活垃圾处理的现状及对策

Current status and countermeasures for household garbage in rural areas

通过对山东省莱州市乡镇的调查发现,当前农村生活垃圾问题严重。生活垃圾问题在农村普遍存在,而且垃圾的种类和数量逐年增多,处于无人管理的状态,村民垃圾分类意识淡薄。农村发展面临"先污染后治理"的严峻现实。政府首先应该承担起农村垃圾处理的责任,加强环保宣传,进行垃圾处理的有效行动,保证资金的投入,改善农民的生活环境。

The investigation on villages in Laizhou city in Shandong showed that the problem of household garbage in rural areas has been serious.Garbage issue wildly exists in rural areas,and the quantity and types of garbage keep growing.This issue is beyond management and villagers＇ attention,and the villagers are lack of garbage sorting awareness.The rural development has been faced a situation of ＂pollution first,treatment later＂.It was suggested that government should take the responsibility of rural garbage treatment,strengthen environmental publicity,and carry out garbage treatment with sufficient capital input,in order to improve the living environment in rural areas.
