中国造纸助剂的应用现状及发展趋势

Current Application Status and Development Trends of Papermaking Additives in China

该文把造纸助剂分为制浆助剂、抄纸助剂、涂布助剂和纸张二次加工用化学品4大类.我国造纸助剂应用尚处于初始阶段,目前仅有约30个品种,一些主要品种的技术水平比国外落后10～20a,不少品种尚处于开发阶段,产品应用技术的研究工作十分薄弱,跟不上市场的需求.造纸助剂今后的发展趋势主要是:①开发高效、低污染和合成聚合物;②由酸性系统用助剂转向中/碱性系统用助剂;③大量发展功能性和过程性添加剂,由一元化单组分转向多品种复配型等.

This paper classified papermaking additives into pulp additive,papermaking additive, coat additive and chemicals of paper's second processing. The application of papermaking additives is still on the primary stage in China.Currently there are only about 30 kinds of additives used in China's papermaking industry,and the technological level of some main kinds falls behind foreign level ten to twenty years. The development of product application technology is very weak and behind the market demand. The development trend of papermaking additives are: ① to develop high effective, low pollution and synthesize polymer; ② to change from acid system used additives to neutral/basic system used additives; ③ to develop more additives of function and processing, to change from unified single composition additives,to manifold compound composition additives,and so on.
