摘要
本文研究了若丹明6G-甲酚紫组成施主-受主对的混合乙醇溶液中分子间能量转移的机制.着重研究了甲酚紫的荧光强度与其浓度的变化关系.在甲酚紫的浓度较高时,其自吸收效应对荧光强度影响很大,不能忽略.考虑了甲酚紫的自吸收效应之后,对Birks的理论公式做了修正,得到了辐射转移和Forster转移两种过程中受主荧光强度与受主浓度的关系式。
Using N_2 laser as an excited source,the fluorescence spectra of ethanol solu- tions of rhodamine 6G(Rh6G)and N,N′-dimethyl-carbothiocyanine iodide(DMTC) mixed at various concentrations have been studied.The results show that Rh6G and DMTC compose donor-accepter pair and exist intermolecular energy transfer effect.By means of measuring the relation between DMTC fluorescence intensity and Rh6G concentration,we have discussed the mechanism of Rh6G-DMTC energy transfer and have deduced the relative expressions of accepter fluorescence inten- sity and donor concentration for both radiative transfer and Frster transfer pro- cesses.
