摘要
半固态浆料的制备是半固态加工技术的基础和关键。sin函数冷却法制备半固态金属浆料是一种新型半固态浆料制备方法。利用数值模拟技术,分析了半固态2A12金属浆料流经正弦波形通道时温度场的特点。研究表明,当低过热2A12铝合金熔液流经正弦波形通道时,熔液受到型壁激冷形核,同时液流受到正弦波形约束,发生强烈的自搅拌。
Getting non-dendrite semi-solid slurry is the base of realizing the semi-solid processing. The cooling through the sine function channel is a new technique of preparing semi-solid slurry. Using numerical simulation technic, the temperature fields of 2A12 semi-solid slurry through sine wave channel were analyzed. The results show that the 2A12 aluminum alloy melt is cooled and controlled to nucleate, and the liquid through sine passage presents self-stirring.
