摘要
基于传热传质理论,采用ANSYS软件对喂线法球化处理时芯线钢带在铁水中的溶解过程进行了模拟。结果表明:直径为准13mm,钢带厚度为0.4mm的芯线喂入1500K的高温铁水中,即形成0.073mm厚的粘铁层,粘铁层从形成到完全溶解仅需0.063s;当钢带的碳含量为4%时,0.5mm厚的钢带溶解时间是0.3mm厚钢带溶解时间的3倍;计算的喂线速度与工厂实际应用的速度基本一致;得到的最佳喂线速度公式可用于指导实际生产。
Based on heat and mass transfer theory, using ANSYS software to simulate the dissolution process of steel belt in the molten iron with the cored-wire method in spheroidizing of ductile iron melt. The results show that the iron layer with the thickness of 0.073 mm is formed on the surface of cored-wire in 0.063 s during wire-feeding when the temperature of iron melt is 1500K; in the meantime, when the carbon content is 4%, the melting time of steel strip with the thickness of 0.5 mm is three times of steel strip with the thickness of 0.3 mm. The calculation result of the feeding speed is basically in agreement with the feeding speed in fact. The obtained optimized formula of wire-feeding velocity can guide practice production.
