摘要
针对客户要求的高硬度TC4锻棒,制定了锻造加固溶时效的试制工艺;以工厂实际生产为基础,对TC4钛合金棒锻后硬度变化进行分析。结果发现,通过锻造和固溶时效均不能有效地达到所要求的高硬度。
In accordance with high hardness TC4 bars which clients requested, the trial-manufacture technics,forging and solution-aging, was constituted. The hardness of titanium alloy TC4 bar after forging was analyzed. The results show that the required high hardness can't be achieved after forging and solution-aging treatment.
