摘要 根据动力显式有限元理论,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件对TZM合金板料的弯曲冲压过程进行模拟;分析了板料弯曲变形过程,预测了板料在冲压过程中容易产生缺陷的部位,检验了模具结构设计及冲压工艺是否合理,讨论了摩擦因数对成形质量的影响。 According to the theory of dynamic explicit algorithm, the bending stamping process of TZM-alloy sheet was simulated by software ANSYS/LS-DYNA. Based on the results, the process of sheet-metal bending forming was analyzed and the probable defect was predicted so that the die structure design and stamping process were tested whether they were reasonable or not. Meanwhile, the sheet forming quality shows that the friction coefficient was discussed.
