摘要
鉴于高方盒形件多道次拉深过程中变形及工艺设计的复杂性,在经验工艺设计与计算基础上对电池外壳从圆筒状变形为高方盒形件进行了数值模拟;并以有限元分析软件MSC.SuperForm为平台,研究了制件的拉深变形和主要参数对变形力的影响,验证了数值模拟结果在多道次拉深变形与工艺设计方面的指导作用。
In view of the complexity of forming and technological design during multi-passes drawing of deep square box, the deformation progress of the battery shell from cylinder part to deep square box was numerically simulated based on experience design and computation. Using finite element analysis software MSC.Supcr, the influences of drawing deformation and main parameters on drawing forces were studied, the guide function of numerical simulation result in the multi-passes drawing and the technological design was verified.
