Design and Development of Brazing-CAPP System

通过对钎焊生产工艺的分析、总结,以Oracle为数据库平台,采用面向对象技术方法,设计、开发了一套钎焊CAPP系统。该系统集钎焊工艺设计和工艺管理为一体。其中,工艺设计方式灵活、多样,设计出的工艺文件可输出为Office、PDF等常用格式;工艺管理能够完成对钎焊工艺数据和工艺文件的查询、编辑、输出等操作;另外,工艺文件可以自如的在两个子系统中传输、编辑。

Brazing-CAPP system was developed by the analysis of brazing manufacture process based on C/S （Client/Server） mode, and using oracle database platform. The system set the design and management of brazing process as a whole. The process design is flexible and diverse. The process files can be output as Office, PDF and other popular formats. The management subsystem can easily do query, editing, output and other operations to brazing process data or files. The process files can be freely transferred between two subsystems, and then edited.
