摘要
采用不锈钢复合板0Cr18Ni9/16MnR(4mm+20mm)制造用于合成纳米粉体材料的密封爆炸容器,从复合板基层、复层材料的物理化学、力学性能等方面探讨了复合板材料的可焊性、焊接方法、焊接材料、焊接坡口设计、焊接工艺评定、焊接质量检验等,确保了设备的焊接质量。
The explosion-containment vessel consisting of the 16MnR wall with 20 rnm thickness and 0Cr18Ni9 wall of 4 mm thickness were used for the synthesization of nano-powder material. In the process of making explosion-containment vessel, the key techniques with respect to weldability, welding method, welding material, welding bevel design, welding process evaluation and welding quality examination of the explosion-containment vessel made of stainless steel clad plate were discussed from the physical-chemistry and mechanical properties of 16MnR and 0Cr 18Ni9.
