摘要
发射光谱分析常存在背景干扰。微量分析时往往特别严重,造成工作曲线低含量部分的弯曲,影响分析结果的准确度,所以一定要加以扣除。本文用微型计算机(或可编程计算器)进行迭代或二分计算来扣除背景。理论及对实测数据的计算结果都表明本法快速、准确、程序通用性强,因而给分析工作带来了很大的方便。
There exist background interference in quantitative spectrochemical analysis. It is espectially serious in microanalysis. It often wind working: curve and reduce accuracy. Therefore, background corre(?)tion is necessary in this situation. One of the methods is to calculate the background directly according to Lomakin-Scheibe's formula (LS formula). But because LS formula is nonlinear instead of linear (generlly linear functions are easily calculated), we should study LS formula further in order to pave the way for numerical calculation. In this paper we study convergencof succesive approximation based on LS formula with principle of compressed mapping.We give new algorithms. Erperimental data are compted successfully on microe computer.
