浅析“限购令”制度的不足
摘要
“限购令”的出台在房地产界影响颇大，“限购令”本质上是一种行政限制手段，笔者主要从经济学的角度阐述“限购令”制度可能带来的不良影响以及产生这一问题的原因，力图对这一制度有更为深刻的认识。
