hMLH1 A655G/A多态性和结直肠癌发病关系的研究

摘要 目的:对错配修复基因hMLH1A655多态性和结直肠癌发病的相关性进行研究。方法:取270名健康人和230例结直肠癌患者的外周血DNA,PCR反应-变性高效液相色谱(PCR-DHPLC)技术和DNA序列分析联用方式对hMLH1A655多态性进行检测。采用病例对照的方法,对hMLH1A655多态性与结直肠癌发病的关系进行研究和分析。结果:正常人群和结直肠癌患者中hMLH1A655G检出率分别为3.0%和11.3%,两组患者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。患者乳头状或管状腺癌中hMLH1A655G检出率为8.2%,黏液腺癌中检出率为27.8%。两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时研究还发现hMLH1A655G/A多态性年龄、性别等因素无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:hMLH1A655A-G突变在结直肠癌的发病过程中很可能有很大影响,hMLH1A655多态性可能成为结直肠癌患者康复指标评估的一项。
